You have a 30 day window from the date of purchase to submit your return. We offer one FREE Exchange & store credit! Items bought on sale are Final Sale.
How does returns shipping work?
Returns shipping is free for your first exchanges or return for store credit. Second exchanges will be charge an $8.99 shipping & handling fee. Your return will ship via USPS. You will receive a QR code to drop off your return at USPS.
Do you offer Printerless Shipping Labels?
Yes! Once you submit your return you will receiv a QR code from USPS so you can drop off your return withouth a label.
Do you offer Exchanges?
Yes we offer one FREE exchange within the same product (Different size or color). Second exchanges are subject to an $8.99 shipping & handling fee.
In what condition can I return the product?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
My item arrived damaged how can I get a new one?
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select 'Item was damaged' as the return reason. You will need to upload a photo evidencing the damaged item for the request to be approved.
I received the incorrect Item what do i do?
Incorrect items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select 'I received the wrong item' as the return reason. You will need to upload a photo evidencing the incorrect item for the request to be approved.
Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
No we currently only offer exchanges and store credit refunds.
My return shipment was lost in transit what can I do?
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
